Terms of agreement

1. By providing your identity data, registering for the Energy Enhancement System (EES), signing these terms of agreement and making the payment, a service contract is made between you and B.V. Being Well, with its location on 3550 Heusden-Zolder, Meylandtlaan 109 bus 2, vat nr. 0726.666.590. Our phone number is 0478.69.68.49 and our email address is info@beingwell.be.
2. By registering, you are participating a session with an EES. This is not medical treatment. The treatment is aimed at creating a circumstance in which your body’s self-healing capacity is given every chance to develop itself. You will be taken into a room in which a number of screens have been set up on which light waves can be seen. The results of this session depend on your physical and psychological situation, so Being Well cannot guarantee a specific result. To know which positive effects your own self-healing capacity has developed after the session, we recommend that you go to a recognized doctor for a check-up.
3. The current contract provisions are available on our website at all times.
4. At the start of the EES treatment, we may ask you to present your identity card so that we can check your registration. You can report material errors in your registration to us via the aforementioned e-mail address. You undertake to provide your identity data correctly. If you do not do this, we can refuse you access to the EES without refunding your money because we have reserved the space for you and have therefore already incurred the costs for your service.
5. Our prices include taxes and delivery costs. The price that you see posted on our website when you register is the total price for access to the room where the EE system is located. If someone wants a refund, we will charge a cost of 20€, as we have our own costs with the payment platform on incoming and outgoing payments.
6. You have the right to cancel your registration within a period of 14 days after your registration. You can do this by sending us an email. If you register for a date shorter than 14 days, you cannot cancel your registration once you have accessed the EES.
7. You can submit any complaints via the above e-mail address. We will deal with these complaints within a period of one month by replying in writing by e-mail to the e-mail address you use to send us the complaint.
8. Being Well only keeps the data you provide to us and your registration for the purposes of the current agreement and for a maximum period of 5 years and one month. This period can be extended if a dispute arises during this period of 5 years and one month. Your data is stored in our secure computer systems and cannot be consulted by third parties foreign to Being Well. The controller is Mr. Wout Goossens who can be reached at the above e-mail address. You have the right to request that your data be corrected or deleted free of charge if this data is incorrect. You can ask us to provide you with the information we have about you.
9. By agreeing to these contract terms, you also agree that we may use your telephone number, address and e-mail address to send you messages for publicity purposes for being well products. You can opt out of this by notifying us by e-mail.
10. IMPORTANT: The screens in the room are calibrated to 1/100th of an inch. These must be left untouched at all times in order to continue to guarantee optimum operation for you and others. If we determine whether the available camera images show that you are touching the screens, we can and will draw up a fine of € 5,000. If you accompany someone who is a minor, you will also be held responsible for his/her actions. From the moment you enter the EE system room, you agree to these terms.
